We do not collect payment information, financial data, or any sensitive personal data (health, religion, political opinion, biometric data, etc.) through this Site.

1.3 Why We Collect It (Purpose & Legal Basis)

We collect the information you submit through our contact form — your name, email, phone number, company name, and message — in order to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential services with you; the legal basis for this is your consent, given when you submit the form, along with the pre-contractual necessity of communicating with you about a possible collaboration. We also collect analytics data through Google Analytics, such as pages visited and time on site, in order to understand how visitors use the Site and improve it; this is based on the consent you give through our cookie banner. Finally, we use Google Search Console to understand aggregated, non-identifying search visibility and technical site performance, which we rely on as a legitimate interest since this data does not identify individual visitors.

respond to your inquiry and, if we begin working together, for the
duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period
afterward for record-keeping. If we do not proceed with a
collaboration, we delete inquiry data within 12 months unless you ask
us to keep it for future reference.

complaint with Morocco’s data protection authority, the CNDP
(Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à
caractère Personnel — cndp.ma)

If visitors from the EU or elsewhere with their own data protection
laws (e.g. GDPR) contact us, we will honor equivalent rights (access,
rectification, erasure, portability, objection) on request.

1.8 Data Security & Breach Notification

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect
your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including
using a hosting provider (Wix) with SSL/HTTPS encryption on all
pages. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we
will notify the CNDP and any affected individuals without undue delay,
in line with our obligations under Law 09-08.

1.9 Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do
not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a
child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we
will delete it.

1.10 Opting Out of Google Analytics

If you’d prefer not to be tracked by Google Analytics on this Site, you
can install the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on,

1.11 International Transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g. Google, Wix) may process data on
servers located outside Morocco. Where this occurs, we rely on those
providers’ own compliance frameworks (such as EU Standard

updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the
